To access our services, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

HostelPadi acts as a platform to connect students with landlords. We are not party to any rental agreements between users and landlords.

• We verify landlord information but don't guarantee property conditions
• Rental agreements are between you and the landlord
• We are not responsible for disputes between users and landlords
• We recommend inspecting properties before making payments

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users or landlords
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to bypass the payment system
• Post false or misleading information
• Use automated systems to access the platform

8. Intellectual Property

The HostelPadi platform, including its design, logo, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute platform content without permission
• Use our branding without explicit consent
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the platform will immediately cease
• You will not receive a refund of the access fee
• We may retain your information as described in our Privacy Policy

10. Limitation of Liability

HostelPadi shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages
• Disputes between users and landlords
• Property conditions or rental agreement issues
• Platform downtime or technical issues
• Third-party actions or content

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
